Summary:
As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a data strategy and architecture for improving the management, governance, and security of that information. Enable organizations to have a single source of truth for all data, helping them translate information into action to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement a data strategy and architecture.
- Improve the management, governance, and security of data.
- Enable organizations to have a single source of truth for all data.
- Translate information into action to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Design and implement data models and databases.
- Develop and maintain data policies, standards, and procedures.
- Implement data governance frameworks and processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Utilities Data Conversion design and build experience.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance principles.
- Knowledge of data architecture and modeling.
- Experience with data quality and data cleansing techniques.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and data mining.
- Experience with data warehousing and data mart concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Utilities Data Conversion design and build experience.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
