Summary:
As an Automation Control Practitioner, a typical day involves developing and implementing automation process controls by designing detailed specifications and engineering configurations. The role requires applying industry design practices and automation system knowledge to create and develop technical drawings and documentation. This position demands a hands-on approach to ensure that automation solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with project requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain seamless operational workflows and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of automation control objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the automation control processes to optimize performance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete.
- Strong understanding of automation process control design and implementation.
- Experience in creating and interpreting detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to apply industry best practices in automation system development.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex automation control issues.
- Familiarity with configuration management and version control in automation projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
