Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, your day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of the target users. You observe and analyze how users interact with various systems and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancing their experience. This role requires a thoughtful approach to designing solutions that streamline tasks and improve overall satisfaction, ensuring that the end product aligns closely with user expectations and needs. Collaboration and continuous evaluation are key aspects of your daily activities to create intuitive and effective user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback for improving user interfaces.
- Assist in the development and refinement of user experience strategies to meet project goals.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to visualize design concepts.
- Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
