Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with organizational goals. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving the project toward successful completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Building Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices related to Snowflake.
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
