Project Role : Data Engineer
Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Good to have skills : Informatica Data Quality, Microsoft SQL Server

Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. The position demands continuous attention to data quality and the implementation of processes that facilitate smooth data flow and integration within the organization s infrastructure. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and support business needs is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and accessibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data architecture with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool, Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica Data Quality.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica Data Quality.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices for building scalable data pipelines.
- Experience in designing and implementing extract, transform, and load processes to support data migration and transformation.
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and methods to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues across multiple systems and platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
