Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by embedding quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing across various domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and implementing automation strategies, and supporting configuration management. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, monitoring system performance, and reporting issues to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes, thereby contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the product delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain best practices in testing and quality assurance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to data testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans for data integration and transformation processes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot issues within large-scale data environments.
- Skilled in defect tracking and reporting tools to facilitate effective communication and resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
