Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines to streamline software releases. The engineer actively works on ensuring the security and reliability of systems by integrating security measures into the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various teams to align infrastructure with project goals and troubleshooting issues to maintain smooth operations are key aspects of the daily routine. The role also includes managing container orchestration environments and optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and deployment to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with security teams to integrate security protocols within the development pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms and their deployment strategies.
- Ability to design and maintain secure and scalable continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline development workflows.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
