Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies. The role requires envisioning innovative solutions to enhance testing processes and ensuring the overall quality of software products. This position also includes guiding teams through complex challenges and aligning testing strategies with organizational goals to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable testing architectures that support evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing objectives across projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong expertise in designing automated testing frameworks and integrating them with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Experience in scripting and developing reusable test components to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for automation and quality enhancement.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic process automation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and scalable quality engineering solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
