Summary:
As an OTM Consultant, you will lead and deliver Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions for global clients. This role demands strong functional and technical expertise in OTM, experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized solutions, configure OTM modules, and ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Management, Execution & Visibility, Finance, and FTI.
- Develop and maintain automation agents, workflows, and custom events. Perform functional and technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Support OTM Cloud implementations and on-premise to cloud migration activities.
- Manage integrations with ERP/WMS systems and external partners.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Act as a solution lead, guiding junior consultants and ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate in Agile/DevOps environments, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and version control processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 6–12 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of OTM functional configurations and technical architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and OTM-related data structures.
- Expertise in OTM Cloud, automation agents, and customizations. Familiarity with integration frameworks, external distance/rate engines, and BI Publisher reporting.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
- Good to have: Certifications in Oracle OTM or related SCM modules, experience in performance tuning and optimization of OTM configurations, exposure to 3PL/4PL logistics environments and freight forwarding business, knowledge of DevOps pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- The candidate should have 6-12 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is open at multiple Accenture locations.
