Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual)
Project Role Description : Ensure solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Design test cases, identify and document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.
Must have skills : Selenium
Good to have skills : JavaScript, Automated Testing

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, your day involves meticulously verifying that software solutions meet the specified requirements and behave as expected. You will design detailed test cases and execute them to uncover any inconsistencies or defects. Collaborating closely with delivery teams, you ensure that each release is dependable and ready for end users. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the overall quality and reliability of the product by continuously monitoring and validating its performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation to support quality assurance processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Strong ability to identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and processes to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
