Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system in use. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves understanding client concerns thoroughly, diagnosing issues accurately, and collaborating to design appropriate solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems, fostering strong client relationships through consistent and clear communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
- Document and share knowledge gained from client interactions to support continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to desktop environments and application support.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on impact and urgency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
