Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, translating these into detailed application designs. The role requires continuous engagement in shaping application architecture and ensuring alignment with business processes. Throughout the day, the Application Designer works alongside various teams to refine requirements, propose design solutions, and support the development lifecycle, ensuring that applications are crafted to effectively address organizational goals and operational demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design review sessions to ensure application solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on design best practices and problem-solving approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective application designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive application development.
- Familiarity with software design principles and methodologies relevant to packaged application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE 15 is required.
