Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework tailored to align with organizational objectives and performance standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans that support secure cloud adoption and overseeing the documentation process for implemented security controls. The role also requires facilitating the smooth transition of security operations to a cloud-managed environment, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a robust security posture is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of cloud security policies and standards to safeguard organizational assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture into cloud migration and operational processes.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex security challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and document security controls and their effectiveness in cloud operations.
- Familiarity with security risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud architectures.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align security solutions with business goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
