Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. You will engage in gathering and documenting high-level requirements, then shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. Your role includes bridging the gap between business needs and technology by designing effective operating models and supporting transformation initiatives. You will also play a key part in developing business cases and steering the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business needs.
- Support the development and communication of business cases to justify project investments.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their understanding of business architecture concepts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, technology-enabled solutions.
- Familiarity with operating model design and transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
