Summary:
As a Veeva Vault CRM Test Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure high standards of control, accuracy, and data integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the delivery of reliable and robust software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project objectives.
-Bring in synergies in testing various CRM ORGs.
-Provide estimations, propose release plans, staffing plans and creating detailed testing strategy for the Vault CRM migration projects.
-Propose and implement test automation for regression and in sprint automation.
-Implement test strategy for vault product releases based on the impact.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools relevant to customer relationship management systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and develop effective testing strategies that ensure product quality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation and software quality assurance.
- Experience in handling inbound, outbound and Vault to vault integrations and proposing test strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
