Project Role : Quality Engineering Architect
Project Role Description : Design and develop complex quality engineering strategies. Architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams. Define testing scope for complex projects. Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. Experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise with developing effective automation solutions.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and developing sophisticated quality engineering strategies that span multiple teams and projects. This role requires architecting comprehensive quality approaches and driving improvements to enhance overall product reliability. The day includes defining the testing scope for complex initiatives and actively participating in product design reviews to ensure systems are testable and meet high-quality standards. Collaboration with various groups is essential to align quality objectives and implement effective automation solutions that support the delivery of robust software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering frameworks to support project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing methodologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with various testing tools and frameworks to support automation efforts.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and define comprehensive testing strategies.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and product teams to ensure testability and quality.
- Knowledge of best practices in quality engineering and continuous integration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
