Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications perform efficiently and effectively. Collaboration with team members and other departments to integrate applications seamlessly into existing systems is a key part of your daily activities. You will also monitor application performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data processing and analytics workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and software engineering principles.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data pipelines and integration solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance application performance and deployment.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for reliability and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
