Inside Sales Representative
Project Role Description : Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your day involves engaging with a predefined list of client and potential client decision makers using a consistent messaging approach to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will initiate contact with prospects, nurture these relationships through various stages of the sales process, and work diligently to close deals. Additionally, you will support customers by facilitating their onboarding experience, helping them adopt products effectively, and encouraging the expansion of their product usage. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous interaction with clients to drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure transparency and effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and company goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in B2B/B2C Sales.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Inside Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and sales tracking software.
- Capability to analyze customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
