Project Role : Test Automation Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Clarizen Configurator, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall quality framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and collaborating across teams to implement intelligent and predictive testing solutions that elevate the integrity and control of software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive Clarizen implementation, configuration, and serve as product expert, aiming to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution
- Configure custom fields and business process rules to systemize business processes, with as much automation to simplify the user experience
- Create detailed technical specifications and partner with IT team on system integration requirements
- Implementation of portfolio management and project management processes on Clarizen cloud management tool
- Identification of customization needs and management of its implementation
- Configure user interface, reports and dashboards within the software
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize and develop Clarizen
- Develop User Stories which will include configuration of settings, property card updates and basic workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Clarizen.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into detailed requirements.
- Experience in Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using Clarizen tool.
- Support the Integration Lead with related configuration changes.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the capabilities in Clarizen One software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose innovative testing solutions.
