Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project continuity.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, VB (Legacy App Skills -- .Net to VB is possible)
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of application performance optimization and security considerations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
