Summary:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves closely monitoring organizational performance and conducting strategic evaluations to identify areas requiring attention. This role includes analyzing various financial and operational factors to detect concerns and implementing corrective measures. The position demands continuous assessment of the company s financial health to support informed decision-making that enhances overall profitability and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to gather insights and contribute to the organization s financial strategy is an integral part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for comprehensive financial assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports that communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of financial models to forecast business performance and guide strategic planning.
- Continuously monitor financial trends and market conditions to anticipate potential impacts on the organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
- Ability to use financial software and tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
