Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization s technology landscape by designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and future-ready software solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to ensure that enterprise systems align seamlessly with evolving business objectives. You will operate in dynamic environments, applying modern frameworks, AI-native stacks, and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that are robust, reliable, and adaptable to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Enterprise Architecture with deep domain knowledge.
Provide strategic advisory and influencing support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Take ownership of critical team decisions and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to enterprise-wide architectural strategies.
Deliver scalable solutions to complex problems that span across multiple teams and systems.
Lead the evaluation, adoption, and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-native stacks and cloud platforms.
Drive AI-led SDLC practices and solutioning using AI to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
Design and integrate knowledge base systems to enhance enterprise intelligence and decision-making.
Act as a mentor, guiding and supporting junior team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Expertise
Proven proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Strong capability in designing scalable, business-aligned software architectures.
Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex systems and deliver strategic architectural solutions.
Skilled in cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless software integration.
Competence in system performance optimization and ensuring maintainability of software components.
Hands-on programming expertise in at least 2–3 languages such as Java, Python, and C#, with the ability to design, review, and optimize code when required.
Required experience in AI-native development using one or more Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-native stacks.
Exposure to knowledge base systems and their integration into enterprise solutions.
Experience in AI-led SDLC and solutioning using AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
Cloud platform expertise across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with proven ability to architect, integrate, and optimize enterprise solutions in multi-cloud environments.
