Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with organizational goals is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring that solutions are scalable and reliable in diverse environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud platform strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment and automation.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud platform design and implementation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud application performance.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
