Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide consultative services that bridge business needs with technological solutions, facilitating seamless integration across various platforms. Your role includes driving collaborative discussions to shape transformation strategies and customer journeys, ensuring that both functional and application designs align with the client s objectives. You will work dynamically with multiple stakeholders to deliver tailored integration solutions that support business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of integration strategies to optimize system interoperability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration efforts with overall project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of API management, event-driven architectures, and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and orchestration techniques within integration scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
