Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with overarching business goals, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and foster innovation is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
- Experience in defining and implementing architectural standards and best practices.
- Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to meet project requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment with architectural vision.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
