Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. Your role is pivotal in driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing strategies, ensuring that automation and innovative solutions are at the core of quality assurance efforts. You collaborate with various teams to transform traditional testing into a continuous, streamlined function that supports the delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- 2–5 years in process control or automation environments
- Needs monitors and manages robotic process automation (RPA) workflows, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime & oversee bot execution, address exceptions, and escalate technical issues as needed.
- should involves coordinating with teams, logging incidents, and optimizing RPA processes to meet service level agreements and support continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of automation tools, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in testing or QA roles preferred
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks tailored to complex testing environments.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages relevant to automation tasks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize automated test suites for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation tools and processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
