In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into effective technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
- Strong understanding of human capital management principles and cloud-based HR solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing operating models that support business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
