Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve diagnosing and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to identify problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system operations and ensuring that all components work seamlessly together, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of system processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
