Role Summary
The Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist will be responsible for steady-state MDM operations and structured project rollouts across enterprise environments. This role focuses on operational stability, SLA adherence, governance, and execution of Intune-led initiatives such as device onboarding, tenant migrations, platform rollouts, and security baselining.
The specialist will work closely with EUC Ops, Security, Identity and Project teams, to ensure predictable delivery with no process gaps.
Key Responsibilities
MDM Operations (BAU):
Manage and support Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM for iOS, and Android devices
Handle L3 escalations for device enrollment, policy, and application issues
Monitor device compliance, policy health, and enrollment success
Support incident, problem, and change activities related to Intune
Maintain operational documentation and follow ITIL processes
Project & Rollout Support:
Support Intune rollout initiatives (new device onboarding, location rollouts, migrations)
Implement device enrollment methods and standard policies
Support Windows Autopilot deployments and phased rollouts
Coordinate with project teams during implementation and hypercare
Ensure smooth handover from project to operations
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune MDM
Experience managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices
Knowledge of device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployment
Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access
Ready to work in EST time zone
Good to Have
Microsoft Intune Certification.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
