Role: Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of financial consolidation and close processes within an Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM environment.
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), leading end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders. You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with organizational objectives. You will configure and support Oracle Cloud EPM applications, manage releases, and ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle FCCS, including Consolidation, Close, Intercompany, Data Management, and Reporting
- Act as the FCCS SME, driving solution design, configuration, and deployment
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct multiple POC and show and tell session to demonstrate the Solution design
- Configure FCCS Application, consolidation rules, metadata
- Develop data forms, dashboards, and financial reports
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP Financials (GL) and other upstream/downstream systems
- Take ownership of team delivery, including task planning, performance management, and decision-making
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and functional decisions
- Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Extensive Functional experience in financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, Ownership, Consolidation Rules and currency translation
- Expertise FCCS Business Rules for customization
- Expertise in data integration and mapping (FDMEE / Data Management)
- Experience working with REST APIs and Groovy
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring and optimization techniques

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle FCCS / EPM implementations
- Oracle Fusion Cloud FCCS Certification preferred
- Experience integrating ERP Financials GL with EPM solutions
- Proven experience in data migration, reconciliation, and reporting
- 15 years of full-time education required

Additional Information:
- Role Location: Hyderabad, India
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred
- Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage.
