Summary:
As an AI Product Management Practitioner, a typical day involves steering the creation and advancement of artificial intelligence products by working closely with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, and various stakeholders. This role requires setting a clear vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives while ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. The practitioner continuously evaluates the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments based on user feedback and evolving requirements to deliver impactful and responsible AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of AI product strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote shared understanding and effective collaboration.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Program Management, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Good To Have Skills: Agile Program Management, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Strong knowledge of AI product lifecycle management and integration of AI workflows into business processes.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to translate AI research into practical applications.
- Ability to analyze AI model performance metrics and implement iterative improvements.
- Familiarity with ethical frameworks and best practices in AI product development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
