Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

The CL7 Manager will lead delivery and execution of application assessment, CI/CD based application planning, and large scale application migration and deployment activities.
The role is accountable for managing multiple applications or deployment waves, leading DevOps and Infrastructure deployment teams, and ensuring predictable, high quality deployments in alignment with program objectives.
CL7 Manager focus: End to end execution ownership, multi team leadership, delivery governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Application Assessment & Planning
Lead execution of application assessments covering deployment readiness, CI/CD maturity, and migration approach.
Translate assessment outcomes into application level deployment and migration plans.
Support wave based planning for multiple applications.
CI/CD Delivery & Pipeline Ownership
Own implementation of CI/CD pipelines for assigned applications or waves.
Ensure pipelines support build, test, security, and deployment automation.
Drive reuse and standardization of CI/CD patterns across applications.
Application Migration & Deployment
Manage end to end application migrations and deployments across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
Lead cutover execution, rollback planning, and hypercare support.
Ensure deployment stability, availability, and adherence to standards.
DevOps & Infrastructure Team Management
Manage medium to large DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
Coordinate across Application, DevOps, Infra, Platform, and Security teams.
Assign work, track progress, and resolve delivery issues.
Delivery Governance & Reporting
Own day to day delivery management for assigned scope.
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Provide status, risk, and KPI reporting to Senior Manager / Program leadership.
Mandatory Skills
Application assessment and deployment planning

Application migration and deployment delivery
DevOps and Infrastructure team management
Strong execution and issue resolution capability
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience managing multi application deployment waves
Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployment models
Experience with mass deployments, cutovers, and hypercare
Strong stakeholder and coordination skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
