Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure project milestones are met within scope and budget.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and best practices in service delivery.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning within service transition contexts.
- Skilled in tracking project progress and implementing corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
