Summary:
CHRO-aligned delivery leader who ships a user-adopted Workday HCM program, integrated end-to-end with finance and operations, envisions and deploys Agent AI and Gen AI solutions. Oversee end-to-end deployment of Workday s AI-enabled products and features, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments.
What you'll do
Own hire-to-retire outcomes across Workday HCM and the modules adopted by the client.
Deliver HCM integrations via Workday Integration tools like Studio, core connector and Payroll Integrations
Identify opportunities to embed generative AI into Workday HCM, and analytics for measurable business impact
Drive go-live readiness with a focus on adoption, data quality, and operational stability.
Prioritize AI initiatives based on expected ROI, feasibility, adoption readiness, and responsible AI considerations.
Value Analysis and Prioritization: Evaluate potential GenAI and Workday AI Agent use cases by analyzing business impact, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and alignment with enterprise goals.
Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Deploy Workday Agents across Workday HCM: Integrate AI Agents into processes such as recruiting, contract intelligence, knowledge management, talent insights, and planning.
Drive end to end delivery of Workday s AI-powered solutions, including Workday AI Agents designed to automate tasks, surface insights, and interact autonomously with enterprise workflows.
Conduct client workshops to translate strategic priorities into practical GenAI and AI Agent use cases across organizational functions.
Implement governance: Apply responsible AI frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and safe agentic behavior in Workday AI outputs
What you'll bring
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
15+ years Project/Program Management experience in implementing Workday HCM deep expertise in Workday HCM and Talent modules.
Hands-on Workday delivery and knowledge on Workday Integrations fundamentals (Studio/Core connectors/Payroll Connectors) for secure integrations.
Experience in Agile Project Management and stakeholder management
Able to influence HR leadership on governance, compliance, and adoption.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and delivering in short, iterative cycles.
Workday HCM modules
Deep: Workday Core HCM plus modules adopted by the client: Payroll, Time Management, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation.
Breadth: Workday Integrations fundamentals (Studio/Core connectors/Payroll Connectors) Workday Security Cross-module touchpoints across the Workday modules.
Success looks like
A stable HCM deployment with reliable downstream data flows and controls.
Clear executive dashboards for workforce decisions and operational visibility.
Reusable integration and Workday Workbooks that accelerate future rollouts.
