Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering collaboration and driving strategic outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the alignment of business strategies with technology solutions to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that justify investments and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
