Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide insights on best practices, and guide your team in implementing effective solutions. Additionally, you will oversee the testing processes to ensure that the applications function as intended, while also addressing any issues that arise during development. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, C# Programming Language.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with Playwright as an automation framework.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
