Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
The Full Stack Hybrid Network Engineer is responsible for the operations and management of hybrid network infrastructures. This role specializes in maintaining core routing and switching, cloud networking, SDWAN, and SASE platforms. The engineer leverages automation, scripting, and AI-aided observability toolsincluding Agentic AI frameworks to ensure resilient, secure, and efficient network operations across multi-vendor and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain core routing and switching network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Prisma IoN).
- Manage and support SDWAN solutions on Cisco and/or Prisma IoN platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer SASE solutions using Zscaler, Prisma, or similar platforms, supporting secure connectivity for cloud and remote users.
- Oversee cloud networking environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including cloud-native network controls and integrations.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure using AI-aided observability and management tools.
- Automate network operations and routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Ansible, or similar) and orchestration platforms.
- Apply Agentic AI frameworks to enhance network observability, automation, and self-healing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with networking best practices and organizational policies.
- Evaluate and implement new networking technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in core routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, Prisma IoN).
- Hands-on experience with SDWAN platforms (Cisco, Prisma IoN).
- Experience in PaloAlto, Cisco ASA firewall
- Experience with SASE platforms (Zscaler, Prisma, or similar).
- Experience in cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar).
- Experience with AI-aided network observability and management tools.
- Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks for network operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate Professional Expert
- Cisco ENSDWI Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions
- Prisma Certified SDWAN Specialist
- Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional

- PCEP Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Network Automation (EX457)
