Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model parameters to enhance language comprehension and generation capabilities, while collaborating with various teams to align the architecture with project goals and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative architectural strategies for language models.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into broader systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques related to language processing.
- Experience with training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Skilled in collaborating with data scientists and engineers to translate architectural designs into functional models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
