Role Summary:
The Level 4 SAP Security Full Stack Engineer leads global SAP security operations and architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This role involves defining enterprise-wide security strategies, managing complex IAM and role frameworks, and integrating SAP security with broader cybersecurity and compliance programs. The engineer acts as a subject matter expert (SME), driving innovation through AI adoption and ensuring secure, compliant operations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global SAP security operations, change/release management, and ITIL processes using ServiceNow, ADO, JIRA etc.
- Define global SOPs, reporting standards, and operational governance.
- Architect secure hybrid SAP and multi-cloud landscapes govern IAM lifecycle and role frameworks.
- Oversee end-to-end security solutions, threat detection, transport governance, and compliance testing.
- Lead FIORI security strategy and governance optimize role design and framework.
- Design and manage complex GRC workflows, SoD frameworks, and compliance outcomes.
- Govern DB and BTP security architecture, audits, and hardening strategies.
- Integrate SAP security with enterprise cybersecurity tools and frameworks.
- Design and secure Cloud/SaaS IAM strategies (IAS/IPS, SuccessFactors, Ariba etc).
- Lead non-SAP IAM integrations (SNOW, Saviynt, SailPoint etc) and unify identity governance.
- Define and implement enterprise security strategy using tools like Security Bridge, ETD, Onapsis etc.
- Drive SAP AI/GenAI adoption in security operations and governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8 to10 years of experience in SAP security, GRC, IAM, or enterprise cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership in SAP architecture, GRC, FIORI, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms, BTP, and enterprise IAM integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- SME-level expertise in SAP security operations and strategy.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
