We are pioneers in Physical AI, developing autonomous and intelligent robotic systems through the convergence of AI, simulation, and real-world deployment. We collaborate with leading ecosystem partners to drive robotics innovation across industries.

We are seeking an experienced robotics leader who can shape next-generation robotics solutions, lead R&D and delivery programs, and translate advanced robotic capabilities into scalable, client-ready outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead robotics R&D and delivery initiatives in Physical AI for industrial and service applications.
Drive applied research and client-facing solutions involving foundation models, world models, and simulation-driven learning.
Architect and implement digital twin workflows using NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and advanced simulation platforms.
Guide integration of reinforcement learning, deep learning, and generative AI into robotic perception and decision-making.
Lead client workshops, solution design sessions, and delivery governance for successful program execution.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to advance robotics research and accelerate innovation.
Ensure delivery excellence across multi-region teams and engagements.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have:
Ph.D. or Master s degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Extensive experience in robotics R&D, AI integration, simulation-based development, and delivery leadership.
Proven expertise in Physical AI, digital twin implementations, and client-facing robotics programs.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, ROS2, and robotics middleware.
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and simulation workflows.
Deep understanding of foundation models, world models, and AI optimization frameworks (TensorRT, Triton).
Strong knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, and robotic control systems.

Additional Information (Preferred / Good to Have)
Publications or patents in robotics, AI, or simulation technologies.
Experience with humanoid robots, collaborative manipulators, or autonomous mobile robots.
Familiarity with FVDB, USD workflows, or generative AI in robotics.
Strong leadership, communication, client engagement, and delivery governance skills.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
