Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable data management solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and governance standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to implement data strategies effectively.
Additional Information:
