Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the delivery of solutions that meet client requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous monitoring of application performance, and adapting to evolving project needs to maintain seamless operations and successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, Python (Programming Language), Data Engineering, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Data Engineering, PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and managing large datasets.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data workflows.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
