Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead integration and deployment activities across data platforms, serving as the key point of contact for interface management, deployment oversight, and change request coordination. You’ll work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and adherence to governance standards, while driving process improvements and maintaining documentation for all integration activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Validate new Talend or Data Platform requests for feasibility and compliance with integration standards. - Coordinate integration efforts among development, operations, and business teams. - Ensure reliable data flow and resolve integration or performance issues. - Maintain interface documentation and drive continuous improvement. - Approve production deployments for Talend and Data Platform components, ensuring quality, testing, and compliance before release. - Review deployment packages, coordinate deployment timelines, assess risks, and perform post-deployment checks. - Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) for production deployments, detailing scope, impact, and rollback plans. - Present CRs in CAB meetings, track them through approval and implementation, and conduct post-deployment reviews for continuous improvement. - Act as SPOC for Operations and Scheduling teams to align project and operational tasks. - Support job scheduling, manual runs, and troubleshooting activities. - Collaborate with the Network Team on SFTP setup and connectivity issues. - Maintain documentation for scheduling, connectivity, and operational changes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: - Proficiency in Talend ETL Development. - Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. - Basic understanding of SAP, ETL, and Azure systems. - Ability to manage integrations, validate deployments, and resolve issues quickly. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Talend ETL. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
