Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the models in targeted applications. The workday includes iterative experimentation, evaluation of model outputs, and collaboration with various teams to align the model's capabilities with project goals and user needs, ensuring the models perform optimally in diverse contexts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in model fine-tuning processes to enhance overall performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of model development with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer-based architectures.
- Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets to optimize model training and evaluation.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation methods specific to language models.
- Skill in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate model outputs into practical applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
