Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for data pipelines, data products, and analytics initiatives. - Requirement Definition: Translate business objectives into clear technical deliverables and ensure alignment between engineering teams and business partners. - Prioritization & Planning: Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning ensure data initiatives are prioritized based on business value, dependencies, and resource capacity. - Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with dependent teams (upstream transactional teams, downstream applications etc.) to align on deliverables, timelines, and interfaces. - Program Management: Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status to leadership. - Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency through standardized processes for intake, triage, and delivery across multiple concurrent data projects. - Triage & Issue Management: Lead regular triage meetings to assess new requests, manage blockers, and coordinate resolution. - Domain Expertise: Leverage understanding of data platforms, pipelines, and data governance to guide discussions and ensure effective prioritization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Product Development Management. - Proven ability to define, document, and manage technical requirements. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams. - Experience managing complex dependencies across data and business domains. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - Experience: 10+ years in project/program management, preferably within data engineering, data analytics. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools, data management platforms, and reporting tools - A 15 years full time education is required.
