Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, you will engage in the development of applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing production-ready pipelines, ensuring the integration of generative AI models into solutions, and exploring various AI methodologies, including deep learning and neural networks. You will also have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that may involve chatbots and image processing, contributing to the advancement of AI technologies within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
AI Model Development & Fine-Tuning
- Train, fine-tune, and adapt machine learning and deep learning models tailored to specific business use cases.
Data Management & Preparation
- Collect, clean, and preprocess both structured and unstructured data.
- Conduct feature engineering, normalization, and anomaly detection to enhance data quality.
Model Deployment & Productionization
- Package and deploy AI models to production environments using containerization and model serving frameworks.
- Monitor deployed AI systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Intelligent System Automation
- Automate business processes through AI-driven systems (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP-based chatbots, computer vision applications).
Agentic System Simulation & Optimization
- Test, simulate, and optimize entire agentic systems to ensure comprehensive performance and reliability.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Engage cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools for text data.
- Ability to design and implement APIs for AI applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
