Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and leveraging value drivers to enhance business outcomes. The advisor also focuses on developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving impactful technology initiatives within the enterprise environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive enterprise value.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and their application in financial processes.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing technology costs within large-scale platform implementations.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Competence in assessing platform capabilities and advising on technology selection to maximize value.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
