Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and monitoring system performance to maintain optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to enhance user experience and system reliability, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Worked on Inbound/Outbound Process, storage control- POSC and LOSC, Deconsolidation, Inbound Outbound Strategies, Availability groups, WPT, HU Management, System Testing, Defect fixing, Activity area, HU Management, WOCR, Wave, Replenishment, Posting Change activity and internal movements, Warehouse task creation and cancellation, packing and unpacking of HU in work center.
- Provide solution to issues raised by core user & user team, Providing training/KT to the new joiners, Preparing test case and working with ABAP team, Familiar with Quality Inspection Engine (QIE),Involving System refresh activity and for Regression testing, Working on Incidents and providing solutions, CIF (Core Interface),
- Worked on Incidents and have good understanding of SLAs, Problem ticket management, Jira creation and Charm handling with TR process. Handling Knowledge base (KBA/SOP) documents, Supporting to the Juniors for resolving the issues.
- Cutover activities, SMQ2 and SMQ1 Processing and can guide Juniors to unblock. Perform configurations as a part of change request including Functional Unit testing, Regression testing and functional support to development team for any development of custom objects, extensive testing.
Shift and leave management for team members for coverage handling, Tracker and process cleanup/improvements etc.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
