Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within CRM environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
