Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and provide seamless integration within existing systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA applications.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other enterprise modules.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
